The general areas of the hotel, such as the gardens and pool, were well-maintained and inviting. As a senior woman, I appreciate that the hotel was easily accessible with well-paved paths and ramps, making it convenient for me to navigate around.

The pool was a great touch, and we had so much privacy in our closed-off villa. The staff were amazing and made our stay extra special. They were so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. Our 2-year-old loved the staff so much that he would run to say hello to them every day! The level of cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff even organized laundry for us. A special shoutout to Chandra, who always greeted us with a smile while delivering our breakfast. Gusti was also fantastic - he checked on us daily and helped us with any issues we had. The staff truly made our trip unforgettable, and we can't thank them enough!

Only about a 15-minute stroll to the beautiful Berawa Beach, perfect for family beach days and sunset walks. Just 5 minutes away by bike, there's a fantastic local market where we found delicious street food and fresh produce. The convenience of the location made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable.

My wife says that it would have been great if there was a kids' play area at the villa.

The staff at the villa were extremely lovely and helpful throughout our stay. the location was fantastic, with only a fifteen-minute walk to the beach. The staff even fixed the internet router quickly when it had a problem, ensuring we still had internet access. The pool was cleaned daily and the housekeeping did a wonderful job. a well-designed villa in a great location.
